The Site provides content and information about residential and commercial sales and lettings, holiday rentals and short-stay rentals, and offers other features to its different types of users; individual browsers, tenants, landlords, agents, buyers and sellers of property.
Information We Collect
In order to use the Site as an Account Member, we require you to supply your email address. Other types of Membership may require you to provide your full name, address, employment status, other contact details and personal information and related information such as personal references.
If you use the Site without registering (for example just to read about what we do), we will collect and store your IP address only, for the purpose of ensuring the security of the Site. IP addresses will be deleted after 90 days unless there has been an incident, for example a security breach, which we are investigating and your IP address may be relevant to the investigation.

We are registered as required under the Data Protection legislation and General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 , and we will only process your personal information carefully and lawfully, and in line with the principles set out in the Act. Any advertisements you receive or view will be sent via or uploaded to our own secure server and we will not share your details with the advertiser.

Deleted content may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time, but will not be available to others.
We may also hold and use anonymised user data for the purposes of analysis, improvement and development.
