What does our flexible service mean for you?

We have designed our capability around the requests of landlords to be able to give them a consistent management service throughout their ownership. Given that on average, a landlord owns a property for 17.5 years, we’ve learned from many years of experience that properties and their owners need different things over time.

At the beginning, we are often asked to renovate or style a property for a particular tenant market. Once we let the property, our landlords like us to maintain the standard and optimise their return. Switching between long lets and short lets to benefit from market trends is a forte of ours which some landlords prefer. Others choose to increase their property ownership by building up a small or large portfolio and look to us for our investment service. At some stage, landlords may choose to divest their properties and again look to us to sell their investments through our network of investors and on the open market.

Unlike many agents we have developed in house management and property services rather than contracting out which gives Dunpark a personal and flexible approach.
