All multiple occupancy properties comply with HMO licensing requirements.

Our industry approved tenancy agreement is clear and concise; one of our team will talk you through it and answer any queries before you move into your new home. We provide you with a copy of the Repairing Standards, Tenancy Agreement and Inventory.
